The following persons are the current Trustees and Directors of the Company:-

John Mitchell (Chair); Brian Hodges, Mary Jones,  Neil Morris, Anthony Payne, Mark Spurr and Michelle Turner.

The Company's Chief Executive is Mark Powell and the registered office is at Suite 27, The Quadrant, 99 Parkway Avenue, Sheffield S9 4WG.

The Company's Senior Management Team consists of Mark Powell (Chief Executive), Jane Williams (Director of Operations), George Alexander (Director of Finance & Business Management), and Lisa Burnett (Director of Development).

In accordance with the provisions of Good Governance, the Code for the Voluntary and Community Sector, the Chief Executive has responsibility for maintaining a clear division of responsibilities between the Board and the staff team.  He provides an effective link between the Board and the staff, informing and implementing the strategic decisions of the Board.

Trustees do not seek to become directly involved in decisions which have been properly delegated to staff.  Instead, they hold staff to account through the organisation's Chief Executive.
